Additionally, you'll receive expert guidance on maintaining consistency across different year groups while covering the diverse topics within the SPHE curriculum.

RSE Policy Review

Are you grappling with any of these questions about your SPHE programme? How does our school handle student withdrawals? How do we communicate with parents about what's taught in our SPHE/RSE programme? Do parents understand the content and scope of the course? Where do students go if they opt out? If these questions raise concerns, and your RSE policy lacks clarity, it might be time for a review and update. A robust RSE policy should clearly articulate the framework and procedures of the school's RSE programme. It not only informs all stakeholders but also ensures teachers have definitive guidance, promoting a consistent approach to teaching SPHE and RSE.

Reviewing and updating an RSE policy is a detailed process that typically spans 3-4 months and involves several critical stages. If you're seeking support and expert advice through this process, I'm here to help. With over six years of experience guiding schools through RSE policy reviews, I offer the expertise needed to ensure your policy aligns with departmental guidelines and effectively communicates protocols and procedures.

Healthy Eating Policy Review

Many schools implement a healthy eating policy with the goal of enhancing the nutrition and overall health of their community. However, if you find that your current policy isn't delivering the positive impact you anticipated, it may be time for a strategic review—and I am here to help!

As a registered nutritional therapist with extensive clinical experience, particularly in teen nutrition, I bring a deep understanding of the unique dietary needs and challenges faced by young people. My background in nutritional coaching further enhances my capability to effect meaningful change within educational settings.

I will guide you through a comprehensive review of your existing healthy eating policy. We'll identify areas where small but impactful adjustments can be made to better support the physical and mental wellbeing of your students. My approach focuses not just on modifying the policy document itself but on ensuring these changes are effectively implemented and embraced by the entire school community.
